Where can I book a treatment?

We have a simple, user friendly online booking system on our website www.missysbeauty.co.uk and also our Missy’s app which you are able to download from the Apple App Store or Google Play Store where you can see all of your past and upcoming appointments. Alternatively you can call us on 01270629197, email info@missysbeauty.co.uk or message us on any of our social media platforms.


Where can I park?

Missy’s is located in Nantwich town centre, on Pillory street which is the one-way system through the centre of the town. There are many council run car parks in Nantwich town, the closest being Love Lane CW5 5BH or the Bowling Green CW5 5BN. Charges do apply. 


Do I need a patch test?

For certain treatments we do require you have a patch test, this is to ensure you don’t have an adverse reaction to the treatment or any of the products used. If you have had the treatment previously with us but the last treatment you had was longer than 6 months ago we ask you re-do your patch test. Treatments which require a patch test are, Soprano ICE Laser, Nouveau LVL Lashes, HD Brows and standard eyebrow or eyelash tinting. 

Nouveau eyelash extensions do not require a patch test. If you have increased allergies or very sensitive eyes you can request a sensitivity test prior to your treatment where we will place a small number of lashes onto your eyes, but please note this does not give the full amount of exposure that a full set of lashes will do and a reaction could still occur even if the patch test results are fine. 


Can I have treatments whilst I am pregnant?

Some treatments are not able to be performed whilst you are pregnant or up to 6 months post pregnancy, these include, Nouveau Lash Extensions and LVL lashes, HD Brows, SkinCeuticals and Crystal Clear facials or certain Aromatherapy Associates treatments. 

But we still love to pamper you and have specific treatments tailor made for you during pregnancy, such as our Mama-To-Be packages and Aromatherapy Associates Pregnancy Massage and Rose Facials.

Please let us know when booking your appointment if you are pregnant or post-partum and we will always do our best to accommodate you. 


My gift card expired whilst the salon was closed due to Covid-19, can I still use it?

All of our gift vouchers are valid for 6 months, unless stated otherwise.

We have given an extension of the period we were closed during the Covid-19 lockdown to all         our gift vouchers. For example, Missy’s was closed from 22nd March 2020 until 14th July 2020, if your voucher expired in 13th June 2020 we will add 16 weeks onto the voucher which would mean it would now expire on the 3rd October 2020.


Can I pay by cash?

We are asking, where possible for payments to be made by card only.


How much notice is required to change or cancel an existing appointment?

We understand you may occasionally need to change or cancel your appointment, should you need to do so we ask for at least 24 hours notice (you are able to do this via the app / your original email confirmation / by calling the salon) or 100% of the treatment cost will be chargeable.
